Automated Client Invoicing


Quube can automatically generate and dispatch invoices to your clients based on authorised timesheet details.

We can dispatch invoices by email, post and fax depending on the preferences set for each client.

Invoices can be produced according to a schedule (e.g. end of each week / month) or on an adhoc basis at the click of a button.

As with all of Quube's data, invoice details can be imported into you accounting package as required.

Invoicing history and progress and can be viewed online by you and your clients.
